Community-Led Accountability Working Group (CLAW): How to Budget for Community-Led Monitoring (February 2023)

This guide is intended to be used by community-led organisations to develop a budget for a community-led monitoring, or CLM, program. The resource can be used by programs seeking funding for a new CLM program, or may be used by organisations seeking scaled-up resources for an existing CLM program (to scale up coverage, for example). This guide may additionally be used by technical consultants providing support to CLM programs.
