TAC, together with Health GAP, MSF, Positive Women’s Network, and SECTION27 developed and launched the first ever People’s COP outlining community priorities for the next round of PEPFAR funding (COP18). The People’s COP was launched at a community accountability meeting attended by Ambassador Deborah Birx.
