Gauteng Day of Action

14 June 2012- Johannesburg. 1500 activists and concerned citizens handed a memorandum to the Gauteng Department of Health regarding ARV stockouts (more especially Tenofovir and Abacavir), and other essential medicine in health facilities across the province. The MEC of Health Clr Nombi Mekgwe was not available to received the memorandum which was received by Dr Zukiswa Pinini who promised to pass it on to the MEC.
