For women, yeast infections are the second most common cause of vaginal burning, itching and discharge. Yeasts are available most of the vagina of women, and can attack if the environmental changes in the vagina. Antibiotics and steroids are the most common cause of the spread of yeast. But during pregnancy, menstruation, sperm, diabetes, and birth control pills will also get yeast infection. Fungal infections are more common after menopause.
