I never gave up on me or my son even though he was nearly to death i fought until he got a proper treatment.

My son was diagnosed when he was 7 month not to say that I did take any medication I did I was on AZT I thought it could work but it never did and they also gave AZT syrup for six weeks but i guess it never worked.

I had a support group which gave hope love in everyway as i could not get that form home they were discreminating me about my HIV status they even questioned my having an affair knowing that I had Aids as they call it  I never gave up not on me not on my son, He finally got treatment and got it too. I met a wonderful partner who undestands the situation even though when my family were fearing that i could infect him. as they think  that HIV is a death sentence and that you cant have a normal relation after HIV.

And thank you ever so much for this Community chat it means a lot to me.
